Any admission to the institute is governed by the following terms and conditions:
  1.  Application Form without the signature of the student and guardian/parent shall be rejected.
  2. The institute reserves the right to use the name and photograph of the student for publicity in case the student secures position/ success in any of the examinations given by the student.
  3.  The responsibility of purchasing the Application Form for any Competitive Exam or University is that of the student himself/ herself or that of the Parent/ Guardian, although the institute will assist and inform the student regarding the examination forms. The responsibility of getting the admission form forwarded to the examining body is that of the student/parent/guardian.
  4. The students who are enrolled with the institute will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the faculties feel that the student is not working hard or creating indiscipline in the institute or irregular in attendance or not responding properly, he/she may be asked to withdraw from the institute.
  5. Fee Refund Policy:
      • No refund of Registration/seat confirmation fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever. It is towards administrative expenses incurred by the institute.
      • The remaining fee (Total Course undiscounted fees – registration fee) would be subject to deduction as follows:

    • Number of weeks for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes (as mentioned in the academic calendar) till the date on which refund of fee is applied for. This would be irrespective of the day from which the student has stopped attending classes.
    • The date of commencement of classes will be considered as mentioned in the Academic Calendar and not from the date, on which the student joins the institute / attends the classes or deposits the fee even if he/she is a latecomer to the institute, Refund amount shall be calculated on the actual total fee. (As mentioned in the course fee structure)
    • Process for Fee Refund:
      If a student wants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund; he/she should follow the under mentioned steps:
      • Collect the pre-formatted application form of fee refund from institute’s fee counter and fill it completely.
      • Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments: Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card (Given byinstitute) etc at Institute’s Fee Counter.
      • The fee refund would be in the form of online payment only in favour of the student or the parent.
      • The fee refund would be available within 10 days from the refund application. It will be sent only if the student is eligible for any refund as per the above stated rules.
      • The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute’s policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the ‘refund dates’ are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail/fax shall also not be entertained.
      • Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Patiala City (Punjab) Jurisdiction only.
      • Institute Management reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
      • In case of cheque payment, there will be an extra fine payable (i.e. 300/-) in case the cheque does not clear due to any reason.
  6. Cheque payments are subject to realization.The institute is authorised to take legal action in case of any default in cheque payment.
  7. Any disputes would be subject to the jurisdiction of Patiala courts only.
  8. If a student is expelled from the institute on disciplinary grounds no fee would be refunded.
  9. The institute is not responsible for any mishap with the student outside the premises of the institute or while coming/ going back to the institute.
  10. Any change in contact no. /address should be notified to the Front Office at the earliest.
  11. It would solely be the student’s responsibility in case of loss of any costly item like watch/ mobile/ iPod/ vehicle etc in the institute premises. Students are advised not to carry any costly items to the institute and if they do, take proper care of them.
  12. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the institute because of situations beyond control on natural calamity of any type such as earthquake, floods, short circuit, fire etc the institute shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  13. Fee deposit timings: Mon–Sat: 10 AM to 6 PM.
  14. In case of late fee payment, there will be a fine of Rs. 100/- per day.
  15. Upon admission in the institute, the students are bound by the Rules and Regulations of the institute.
  16. The institute deserves the right to admit any student or deny admission to any student without assigning any reason whatsoever.
